41Application for registration

41 Application for registration (1) A person may apply to the CEO for registration under this Part. (2) The application must: (b) specify the type of activity to be undertaken by the applicant if registered; and (c) specify the accredited animal ethics committee or animal ethics committees that the person intends to use for the purposes of the registration; and (d) specify the address of any premises where the work is to be undertaken; and (e) be supported by the other information specified by the CEO; and (f) be accompanied by any fee prescribed by regulation. (3) The CEO may require the applicant to provide any additional information the CEO considers necessary to enable the CEO to determine whether or not to register the applicant.
