39 CEO guidelines The CEO may publish guidelines (CEO guidelines) on the Agency's website that specify matters that are: (a) to be taken into account for the purposes of determining whether a person is a fit and proper person to be registered, or to act under a project approval, under this Part; and (b) relevant to an application for the accreditation of an animal ethics committee under this Part.
