33 Greyhounds (a) the person is in control of a greyhound; and (b) the greyhound is used, may be used, or is intended to be used for greyhound racing and the person is reckless in relation to that circumstance; and (c) the person keeps an animal other than a greyhound on the same premises as the greyhound; and

(2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a) and (c).
