127 Permits (1) A permit in force under Part 5, Division 3 of the repealed Act immediately before the commencement is taken to be a program approval granted by an accredited animal ethics committee under Part 4, Division 3 of this Act. (2) Subject to Part 4, Division 3 of this Act, the program approval remains in operation for the balance of the period for which the permit was granted under the repealed Act.
