sec.8 Class of dog— Act , s 44
For section 44 (4) (c) of the Act , the class of dog prescribed is a dog kept— primarily for producing canine plasma products derived completely or partly from the plasma of the dog; and by a person who is registered under the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 to use the dog for that purpose.
- (a) primarily for producing canine plasma products derived completely or partly from the plasma of the dog; and
- (b) by a person who is registered under the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 to use the dog for that purpose.
