sec.7 Approved entities— Act , s 43W
For section 43W (1) of the Act , each of the following entities is prescribed as an approved entity— Canine Control Council (Queensland) Ltd ACN 160 285 192; the Gold Coast City Council; the Logan City Council; MDBA Pty Ltd ACN 120 900 656, trading as Master Dog Breeders and Associates; the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission; Responsible Pty Ltd ACN 656 209 086, trading as Responsible Pet Breeders Australia. s 7 amd 2025 SL No. 140 s 3
- (a) Canine Control Council (Queensland) Ltd ACN 160 285 192;
- (b) the Gold Coast City Council;
- (c) the Logan City Council;
- (d) MDBA Pty Ltd ACN 120 900 656, trading as Master Dog Breeders and Associates;
- (e) the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission;
