sec.98 Declared menacing dogs
A relevant person for a declared menacing dog must ensure each condition imposed under schedule 1 , sections 2 , 2A , 4 to 6 and 8 , or prescribed by regulation, in relation to the dog is complied with for the dog. Maximum penalty—150 penalty units.
