sec.53 Registration fee to be used for achievement of Act’s purposes
A registration fee paid to a local government must be used— for the purposes of this Act; and to administer local laws relating to the management of dogs. s 53 amd 2013 No. 41 s 48 (2) sch 1 pt 2
- (a) for the purposes of this Act; and
- (b) to administer local laws relating to the management of dogs.
