sec.43ZJ Applying for exemption number
A person who is an eligible person in relation to a dog may apply to the chief executive for an exemption number for the dog. The application must be made— electronically using the online breeder registration system; or in the approved form. The application must— include enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 43ZJ ins 2016 No. 28 s 11 (sec.43ZJ-ssec.1) A person who is an eligible person in relation to a dog may apply to the chief executive for an exemption number for the dog. (sec.43ZJ-ssec.2) The application must be made— electronically using the online breeder registration system; or in the approved form.
