sec.43ZI Eligible person—owner or responsible person
A person is also an eligible person in relation to a dog if the person— is the owner of, or responsible person for, the dog; and did not breed the dog; and does not conduct a business activity that includes the supply of dogs. s 43ZI ins 2016 No. 28 s 11
- (a) is the owner of, or responsible person for, the dog; and
- (b) did not breed the dog; and
- (c) does not conduct a business activity that includes the supply of dogs.
