sec.43ZH Eligible person—prescribed person
A person is also an eligible person in relation to a dog if— the dog was bred and supplied to the person by a member of a class of persons prescribed under section 43E (3) (c) ; and the person proposes to supply the dog to another person. s 43ZH ins 2016 No. 28 s 11
- (a) the dog was bred and supplied to the person by a member of a class of persons prescribed under section 43E (3) (c) ; and
- (b) the person proposes to supply the dog to another person.
