sec.43L Renewal of registration
The chief executive must, within 14 days after receiving the renewal fee, give the registered breeder a notice about the renewal of registration as a registered breeder. The notice must state— the designated details of the registered breeder as recorded in the breeder register; and the breeder ID number of the registered breeder; and the date (the renewal date ) the person’s registration as a registered breeder was renewed. s 43L ins 2016 No. 28 s 11 (sec.43L-ssec.1) The chief executive must, within 14 days after receiving the renewal fee, give the registered breeder a notice about the renewal of registration as a registered breeder.
