sec.43F Applying for registration
A person, other than an ineligible person, may apply to the chief executive to be registered as a registered breeder. The application must be made— electronically using the online breeder registration system; or in the approved form. Also, the application must— include the designated details of the person; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 43F ins 2016 No. 28 s 11 (sec.43F-ssec.1) A person, other than an ineligible person, may apply to the chief executive to be registered as a registered breeder.
