sec.26 PPID information must be kept
This section applies to an authorised implanter who has, under section 25 , given notice to a licence holder. The authorised implanter must keep the PPID information for the cat or dog for 1 year after the cat or dog is implanted unless the implanter has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse if the PPID information is destroyed by fire, flood or storm. s 26 amd 2015 No. 15 s 99 sch 1 (sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies to an authorised implanter who has, under section 25 , given notice to a licence holder.
