This section applies to a local government, other than a designated local government, until the deferred date. A reference in this Act to the address of the place stated in the registration notice for a cat or dog is taken to be a reference to the place where the cat or dog is usually kept or proposed to be kept. s 221A ins 2009 No. 17 s 328 (sec.221A-ssec.1) This section applies to a local government, other than a designated local government, until the deferred date.
