sec.207 References to right to enter
A right under this Act to enter a place includes the right to— leave and re-enter the place from time to time; and remain on the place for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry. See section 123 for the powers an authorised person may exercise after entering a place. s 207 amd 2016 No. 28 s 71 sch 1
