sec.201 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of an authorised person; the power of an authorised person to do anything under chapter 5 .
- (a) the appointment of an authorised person;
- (b) the power of an authorised person to do anything under chapter 5 .
