sec.2 Commencement
The provisions of this Act, other than the following, commence on 1 July 2009— the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) section 227 . The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation— section 172 (1) and (2) section 173 (1) to (3) sections 174 to 176 .
