sec.190 Appeal against QCAT decision on external review relating to destruction order only on question of law
This section applies in relation to a decision made by QCAT in a proceeding for the external review of a decision under section 127 , 127AA or 127A to make a destruction order in relation to a dog. An appeal against QCAT’s decision in the proceeding may be made only on a question of law. s 190 prev s 190 amd 2009 No. 17 s 318 om 2009 No. 24 s 1268 pres s 190 ins 2024 No. 17 s 17 amd 2024 No. 17 s 77 (sec.190-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a decision made by QCAT in a proceeding for the external review of a decision under section 127 , 127AA or 127A to make a destruction order in relation to a dog. (sec.190-ssec.2) An appeal against QCAT’s decision in the proceeding may be made only on a question of law.
