sec.178 General register
The general register must include all of the following information for each dog mentioned in section 177 (1) — the information about the dog and its owner stated in a registration notice for the dog, given under section 49 ; if the dog is a regulated dog— the information required to be stated in an information notice under section 95 (4) in relation to the dog; and the number recorded on its collar, identification tag, registration tag or tattoo for desexing; other information the local government considers appropriate. s 178 amd 2013 No. 41 s 52 ; 2013 No. 41 s 48 (1) sch 1 pt 1 ; 2024 No. 17 s 73
- (a) the information about the dog and its owner stated in a registration notice for the dog, given under section 49 ;
- (b) if the dog is a regulated dog— (i) the information required to be stated in an information notice under section 95 (4) in relation to the dog; and (ii) the number recorded on its collar, identification tag, registration tag or tattoo for desexing;
- (i) the information required to be stated in an information notice under section 95 (4) in relation to the dog; and
- (ii) the number recorded on its collar, identification tag, registration tag or tattoo for desexing;
- (c) other information the local government considers appropriate.
