sec.174 Chief executive officer must give information

This section applies if a local government makes a regulated dog declaration for a dog in the local government’s area. The chief executive officer of the local government must give the chief executive notice of the regulated dog declaration. The notice must— be given to the chief executive within 7 days after the regulated dog declaration is made for the dog; and state all of the following information relating to the dog— the information stated in the registration notice for the dog; the information stated in an information notice given under section 95 about the decision to make the regulated dog declaration for the dog; any other information prescribed under a regulation. s 174 amd 2009 No. 17 s 312 ; 2024 No. 17 s 71 (sec.174-ssec.1) This section applies if a local government makes a regulated dog declaration for a dog in the local government’s area. (sec.174-ssec.2) The chief executive officer of the local government must give the chief executive notice of the regulated dog declaration.
