sec.172 Chief executive must keep regulated dog register
The chief executive must keep a register of regulated dogs (the regulated dog register ). The regulated dog register must contain the information about a regulated dog given to the chief executive by a chief executive officer of a local government under sections 174 and 175 . s 172 amd 2016 No. 28 s 15 ; 2024 No. 17 s 70 (sec.172-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of regulated dogs (the regulated dog register ).
