sec.167 Return of suspended or cancelled licence to chief executive
This section applies if the chief executive has suspended or cancelled a licence and given an information notice for the decision to the holder of the licence. The holder must return the licence to the chief executive within 7 days after receiving the information notice unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
