sec.164 Ending show cause process without further action
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to take the proposed action. The chief executive must not take any further action about the show cause notice. The chief executive must give the holder a notice stating that the proposed action will not be taken.
