sec.144 What application must state
The application must state the following— the name and address of the applicant; an address in the State for service of documents; the address of the applicant’s principal place of business; the names of the individuals to be involved in the day to day running of the applicant’s business as a licence holder; the qualifications and experience of the applicant and the individuals relevant to offering or providing a PPID registry service. s 144 amd 2015 No. 15 s 99 sch 1
- (a) the name and address of the applicant;
