sec.143 Application for licence
A person may apply to the chief executive for a licence. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. (sec.143-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for a licence. (sec.143-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
