sec.140B Offence to contravene information requirement
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 140A must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse for an individual not to give the information if giving the information might tend to incriminate the individual or expose the individual to a penalty. s 140B ins 2016 No. 28 s 13 (sec.140B-ssec.1) A person of whom a requirement is made under section 140A must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
