sec.129 Access to seized dog
This section applies until the dog is returned under section 130 or 131 . The authorised person must allow the owner of the dog to inspect it any reasonable time, from time to time. Subsection (2) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection. The inspection must be provided free of charge. (sec.129-ssec.1) This section applies until the dog is returned under section 130 or 131 .
