sec.5 Relationship between particular codes of practice
Subsection (2) applies if there is an inconsistency between— a provision in a code of practice mentioned in section 3 (1) ; and a provision in a code of practice mentioned in section 4 (1) that is similar to the relevant compulsory code. The provision in the code of practice mentioned in section 3 (1) prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. (sec.5-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if there is an inconsistency between— a provision in a code of practice mentioned in section 3 (1) ; and a provision in a code of practice mentioned in section 4 (1) that is similar to the relevant compulsory code. (sec.5-ssec.2) The provision in the code of practice mentioned in section 3 (1) prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
- (a) a provision in a code of practice mentioned in section 3 (1) ; and
- (b) a provision in a code of practice mentioned in section 4 (1) that is similar to the relevant compulsory code.
