sec.16 Fees
The fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 10 . In schedule 10 — corporation see the Corporations Act , section 57A . non-State school see the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 6 . public authority means— a government entity under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 276 ; or an entity established under a law of the Commonwealth or another State for a public purpose, whether or not the public purpose is stated in the law. State school see the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 , schedule 4 . (sec.16-ssec.1) The fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 10 .
