sec.14 Approved training for inspectors— Act , s 121A

For section 121A of the Act , the prescribed training is modules 1 to 10 of the training course called ‘Animal welfare inspector learning and development program’ provided by Biosecurity Queensland. An inspector must complete the training within 3 months after the day the inspector is given access to the training.
