sec.13 Declared class of persons for inspectors— Act , s 114

For section 114 (2) (a) (iii) of the Act , each of the following persons are declared to be an approved class of persons— employees of an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 whose objects include animal welfare or the provision of facilities to care for animals; employees of Safe Food Production QLD who are authorised officers appointed under the Food Production (Safety) Act 2000 , section 83 (1) .

• (b) employees of Safe Food Production QLD who are authorised officers appointed under the Food Production (Safety) Act 2000 , section 83 (1) .
