sch.8-sec.48 Meaning of rope and tie
Rope and tie is an activity in which— a calf is released from a chute into an arena; and a competitor— while mounted on a horse, chases and ropes the calf; and dismounts and grounds the calf on its side; and restrains the calf by tying 3 of its legs together.
