sch.8-sec.29 Suitability of horse
A responsible person for a horse may allow the horse to be used for a rodeo activity only if— the horse is at least 3 years of age; and the horse is used for the rodeo activity no more than twice in a 24-hour period. (sch.8-sec.29-ssec) A responsible person for a horse may allow the horse to be used for a rodeo activity only if— the horse is at least 3 years of age; and the horse is used for the rodeo activity no more than twice in a 24-hour period.
- (a) the horse is at least 3 years of age; and
- (b) the horse is used for the rodeo activity no more than twice in a 24-hour period.
