sch.7-sec.14 Grooming dogs
A person in charge of a breeding dog or puppy must ensure— the coat of the dog is clean and not matted or otherwise tangled; and the dog is otherwise groomed at intervals that are appropriate to maintain the dog’s health and welfare.
- (a) the coat of the dog is clean and not matted or otherwise tangled; and
- (b) the dog is otherwise groomed at intervals that are appropriate to maintain the dog’s health and welfare.
