sch.5-sec.6 Schedule applies to livestock being transported

This schedule applies to livestock being transported— on a road-going vehicle within Queensland or through Queensland from another State; or on a sea-going vessel within Queensland or through Queensland from another State if the livestock is— in a road-going vehicle loaded onto the vessel; or in a container that is unloaded from a road-going vehicle onto the vessel and reloaded onto a road-going vehicle on completion of the voyage; or on a train within Queensland. See, however, schedule 6 in relation to the care and handling of livestock at depots and saleyards generally.

(a) on a road-going vehicle within Queensland or through Queensland from another State; or
(b) on a sea-going vessel within Queensland or through Queensland from another State if the livestock is— (i) in a road-going vehicle loaded onto the vessel; or (ii) in a container that is unloaded from a road-going vehicle onto the vessel and reloaded onto a road-going vehicle on completion of the voyage; or
(i) in a road-going vehicle loaded onto the vessel; or
(ii) in a container that is unloaded from a road-going vehicle onto the vessel and reloaded onto a road-going vehicle on completion of the voyage; or
(c) on a train within Queensland.
(i) in a road-going vehicle loaded onto the vessel; or
(ii) in a container that is unloaded from a road-going vehicle onto the vessel and reloaded onto a road-going vehicle on completion of the voyage; or
