sch.5-sec.15 Inspections of vehicles other than vehicles transporting emus, ostriches or poultry
This section applies to each of the following persons— a driver of a road-going vehicle transporting livestock other than emus, ostriches or poultry; a stock attendant who has custody of livestock, other than emus, ostriches or poultry, being transported by train. The person must ensure that immediately before starting a journey, or part of a journey, the doors of the vehicle that enclose the livestock are secured. (sch.5-sec.15-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following persons— a driver of a road-going vehicle transporting livestock other than emus, ostriches or poultry; a stock attendant who has custody of livestock, other than emus, ostriches or poultry, being transported by train. (sch.5-sec.15-ssec.2) The person must ensure that immediately before starting a journey, or part of a journey, the doors of the vehicle that enclose the livestock are secured.
