sch.5-sec.11 Alignment of ramps
This section applies to each of the following persons— a driver of a road-going vehicle transporting livestock; a stock attendant who has custody of livestock being transported by train. The person must ensure any ramps used to load or unload the livestock to or from the vehicle or train are— properly aligned with the vehicle or train; and sufficiently close together to minimise the risk of injury to the livestock. (sch.5-sec.11-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following persons— a driver of a road-going vehicle transporting livestock; a stock attendant who has custody of livestock being transported by train. (sch.5-sec.11-ssec.2) The person must ensure any ramps used to load or unload the livestock to or from the vehicle or train are— properly aligned with the vehicle or train; and sufficiently close together to minimise the risk of injury to the livestock.
