sch.4-sec.7 Inducing parturition in cattle
A person may administer a treatment to induce parturition in cattle only if the person is a veterinary surgeon. A person may administer a treatment to induce parturition in cattle only if— the treatment is prescribed by a veterinary surgeon; and the person administers the treatment in accordance with the directions given by the veterinary surgeon who prescribed the treatment. (sch.4-sec.7-ssec.1) A person may administer a treatment to induce parturition in cattle only if the person is a veterinary surgeon. (sch.4-sec.7-ssec.2) A person may administer a treatment to induce parturition in cattle only if— the treatment is prescribed by a veterinary surgeon; and the person administers the treatment in accordance with the directions given by the veterinary surgeon who prescribed the treatment.
- (a) the treatment is prescribed by a veterinary surgeon; and
- (b) the person administers the treatment in accordance with the directions given by the veterinary surgeon who prescribed the treatment.
