sch.4-sec.25 Treating sick, weak, injured or diseased cattle
A person in charge of cattle that are sick, weak, injured or diseased must, at the first reasonable opportunity— provide appropriate treatment for the cattle; or humanely kill the cattle.
- (a) provide appropriate treatment for the cattle; or
- (b) humanely kill the cattle.
