sch.4-sec.17 Inspections of yards
An owner or operator of a beef feedlot must ensure the yards of the feedlot are inspected to assess— the extent to which the areas within the yards are remaining wet for prolonged periods of time; and whether an excessive build-up of waste is in the yards.
