sch.4-sec.12 Access to water
A person in charge of cattle must ensure the cattle is given reasonable access to water. For subsection (1) , cattle is given reasonable access to water if the cattle has a reasonable opportunity to drink water of a suitable quality and quantity sufficient to maintain the cattle’s hydration. (sch.4-sec.12-ssec.1) A person in charge of cattle must ensure the cattle is given reasonable access to water. (sch.4-sec.12-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , cattle is given reasonable access to water if the cattle has a reasonable opportunity to drink water of a suitable quality and quantity sufficient to maintain the cattle’s hydration.
