sch.4-sec.1 Definitions for schedule
In this schedule— beef feedlot — means a confined yard with feeding and watering facilities where cattle are completely hand fed or mechanically fed; but does not include a saleyard or slaughter facilities. calf means cattle that is less than 6 months of age. cattle means a member of the genus Bos . heat stress , for cattle, means exposure to temperatures, in the immediate environment, above which the cattle can not maintain normal body temperature without needing to use energy beyond normal basal metabolic rate.

- (b) does not include a saleyard or slaughter facilities.
