sch.3-sec.23 Using dogs
A person may use a dog to assist in the control or movement of sheep only if— the dog is under effective control at all times; and if the dog habitually bites livestock—the dog is wearing a muzzle.
- (a) the dog is under effective control at all times; and
- (b) if the dog habitually bites livestock—the dog is wearing a muzzle.
