sch.3-sec.11 Performing embryo transfer surgery on sheep
A person must not perform an embryo transfer surgery on a sheep unless— the person is a veterinary surgeon; or the person is under the direct supervision of a veterinary surgeon in the circumstances mentioned in the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1936 , section 25N (2) .
- (a) the person is a veterinary surgeon; or
- (b) the person is under the direct supervision of a veterinary surgeon in the circumstances mentioned in the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1936 , section 25N (2) .
