sch.2-sec.7 Inspecting pigs kept for commercial purposes
A person may carry out an inspection of a pig kept for a commercial purpose under part 10 only if the person— is suitably qualified to carry out the inspection; or carries out the inspection under the direct supervision of a person who is suitably qualified to carry out the inspection.
- (a) is suitably qualified to carry out the inspection; or
- (b) carries out the inspection under the direct supervision of a person who is suitably qualified to carry out the inspection.
