sch.2-sec.6 Invasive husbandry procedures
A person may carry out an invasive husbandry procedure on a pig only if the person— is suitably qualified to carry out the procedure; or carries out the procedure under the direct supervision of a person who is suitably qualified to carry out the procedure.
- (a) is suitably qualified to carry out the procedure; or
- (b) carries out the procedure under the direct supervision of a person who is suitably qualified to carry out the procedure.
