sch.2-sec.42 Keeping records
This section applies if a sow is kept in a stall or farrowing crate during the sow’s reproductive cycle. A person in charge of the sow must ensure the following information is recorded in relation to the sow— the day and time of each occasion the sow is placed in a stall or farrowing crate; the day and time of each occasion the sow is removed from a stall or farrowing crate. (sch.2-sec.42-ssec.1) This section applies if a sow is kept in a stall or farrowing crate during the sow’s reproductive cycle. (sch.2-sec.42-ssec.2) A person in charge of the sow must ensure the following information is recorded in relation to the sow— the day and time of each occasion the sow is placed in a stall or farrowing crate; the day and time of each occasion the sow is removed from a stall or farrowing crate.
- (a) the day and time of each occasion the sow is placed in a stall or farrowing crate;
- (b) the day and time of each occasion the sow is removed from a stall or farrowing crate.
