sch.2-sec.41 Using dogs
A person in charge of a pig may use a dog to assist in the control or movement of the pig only if— the dog is under effective control at all times; and if the dog has attacked, or acted in a way that has caused fear to, a person or another animal—the dog is wearing a muzzle.
- (i) the dog is under effective control at all times; and
- (ii) if the dog has attacked, or acted in a way that has caused fear to, a person or another animal—the dog is wearing a muzzle.
