sch.2-sec.21 Measurement requirements for indoor stalls used to keep breeding boars
This section applies if— only 1 pig is kept in an indoor stall; and the pig is a breeding boar. A person in charge of the boar must ensure— the length of the stall is not less than 2.4m; and the width of the stall is not less than 0.7m. (sch.2-sec.21-ssec.1) This section applies if— only 1 pig is kept in an indoor stall; and the pig is a breeding boar. (sch.2-sec.21-ssec.2) A person in charge of the boar must ensure— the length of the stall is not less than 2.4m; and the width of the stall is not less than 0.7m.
- (a) only 1 pig is kept in an indoor stall; and
- (b) the pig is a breeding boar.
